DESCRIPTION:Les Bains invites you to immerse yourself in the spirit of Japan on August 13 with a rich and varied program\, starting at dawn: \n\n6 a.m.: Dawn Concert featuring Japanese drummers —Kenji Furatate and ReMi Tako\n8:00 a.m.: Laidô demonstration (traditional Japanese martial art using swords)\n9:00 a.m.–10:30 a.m.: Kyūdō (traditional Japanese archery) demonstration as part of the 40th anniversary of the first international workshop held in Switzerland in August 1986 in Geneva\n10 a.m.–12 p.m.: Origami workshops for kids and adults\n2:00–4:00 p.m.: Introduction to Shodô (Japanese calligraphy\, ages 15 and up)\n\nAt noon\, the snack bar will offer a Japanese menu. \nEvent organised in collaboration with the Kyūdō Section of Shung -Do-Kwan Budo and the Swiss-Japanese association.

DESCRIPTION:As part of Japanese Day at Les Bains\, Pascal Villemin is offering two free Shodo (Japanese calligraphy) workshops under the awning of the refreshment stand. \nEach workshop is free\, lasts just under an hour and a half\, and is open to people ages 15 and older. All materials are provided.  \nTwo (identical) workshops are offered: \n\nFrom 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.\nFrom 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
