DESCRIPTION:After numerous anxiety attacks and feeling himself dying from the inside out at work\, Luc Berthoud took the decision in 2020 to transform his life. He discovered his hypersensitivity and embarked on a wide variety of projects (healer\, speaker\, coach\, etc.).  \nCome and discover the inspiring story of Luc\, a dawn swimmer at Les Bains who has allowed himself to meet and intensely experience the joy of his inner child. He’ll share the keys that help him live the joy of being himself. Particularly fond of sharing\, Luc encourages interaction and includes a question-and-answer session.   \nThe conference will take place in the Bains des Pâquis yurt\, free admission.
