Caring\, regenerating and accessible to all\, these sessions invite you to connect with your inner state\, take care of yourself and recharge your batteries. \nThrough movement\, conscious breathing and meditation\, the practice harmonizes the body\, honors the present moment and increases vital energy. Return to sensation\, awaken the body\, release the breath and relax before or after a swim. \nEvery Saturday at\nFrom October to April: 10am to 11am \nMay to September: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
