SUMMARY:Full Moon Sauna
DESCRIPTION:Once a month\, when the moon is full\, our winter facilities stay open until 11:30 p.m. so you can relax in the baths under the moon’s watchful eye. Braziers\, ice cubes\, clay and orange wedges add to this moment like no other… \nAufguss ceremonies take place during the evening. This practice of Northern European origin\, associated with Finnish and Germanic saunas\, consists of an “infusion” of steam flavored with essential oils to increase the humidity level. This purifying collective ritual is designed to intensify the benefits of the sauna through an immersive multisensory experience: intense heat\, aromatic scents\, sometimes music\, for a deep sense of letting go and complete rejuvenation.

SUMMARY:Concert-sauna: Muovipussi
DESCRIPTION:It’s a premiere at the Bains… and a premiere not to be missed: a sauna concert\, and not just any concert… In collaboration with the Am Stram Gram theater\, we welcome Muovipussi\, a colorful Finnish group\, to warm up the Bains in the middle of January. A mix of virtuoso playing\, pop and rap\, the three musicians – Milla\, Niklas and Heidi – offer a concert unlike any other in the sauna area. Admission to the concert is free. However\, if you’d like to take advantage of the opportunity to have a sauna or steam bath\, you’ll have to pay the usual entrance fee. This concert is a sort of second part to the show Mad in Finland at Am Stram Gram from January 17 to 26.

Three weeks of intense work will culminate in the opening of the saunas\, steam rooms and Turkish bath on Sunday\, September 15! And as of September 15\, we’re extending our sauna opening hours: you’ll be able to lounge in the baths for an extra hour in the evening!
