Want to move, breathe and take care of yourself in a unique setting?<\/strong><\/p>\n

David and Yoan offer outdoor fitness classes at the Bains des P\u00e2quis, open to everyone. Through mobility and strength-building exercises, come (re)discover the benefits of physical activity that\u2019s good for both body and mind, while developing strength, agility, and freedom of movement. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
