The new moon invites us to take a break and relearn how to listen to silence&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Aufguss ceremonies take place during the morning. This practice of Northern European origin, associated with Finnish and Germanic saunas, consists of an &#8220;infusion&#8221; of steam flavored with essential oils to increase humidity levels.
