Join the Full Body Workout & Swim summer competition at Bains des P\u00e2quis, Geneva! This event is exclusively for trained people ready to take on a series of demanding tests combining strength, endurance and explosiveness, followed by a swimming event. <\/p>\n
Key information<\/p>\n
– For whom?
\nCompetition reserved for trained athletes, solo or in pairs (men, women, mixed pairs).<\/p>\n
– Registration
\nPlease register at the Rotonde des Bains des P\u00e2quis on the morning of the event, subject to availability.<\/p>\n
– Payment
\nRegistration fees must be paid on site, on the day of the competition.<\/p>\n
– Course
\n– 9:00 am: Welcome and registration of participants at the Rotonde
\n– 10:00 am: Start of events (please allow for possible delays)
\n– Participants compete in duels, under the supervision of judges
\n– Compliance with the technical standards required for each movement
\n– Podium and prize-giving ceremony at the end of the day.<\/p>\n

\n– Categories: Men, Women, Mixed pairs
\n– Events include: push-ups, squats, burpees, pull-ups, dips, bodyweight exercises and pool swims<\/p>\n
– Solidarity
\nPart of the proceeds will be donated to a family in need, supported by the Bains des P\u00e2quis community.<\/p>\n
