Véronique Emmenegger, born in Paris in 1963, is a Franco-Swiss writer living in Lausanne.
After a rebellious education at Collège de Morges and Gymnasium in Lausanne, she was one of the “young reporters” selected in a competition launched by l’Hebdo which offered each winner the chance to write a report. Véronique left for London and produced her first double-page spread on punks. It was on British soil that she wrote her first novel, “Mademoiselle Faust”, a city of many departures.
