Massages

Since 1993, “Mains des Bains” has been offering massages at the Bains des Pâquis.

Comprising around 15 independent, qualified masseurs, the association strives to offer affordable rates, in agreement with the AUBP (Association des Usagers des Bains des Pâquis).

Open all year round 8am to 9pm

Book online at mains-des-bains.agenda.ch, on site or by telephone on 022 731 41 34 from 9am to 12pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Rates: 50 minutes costs CHF 80.00
No payment by card.

Take a towel or sarong to cover up!

Outside office hours, please leave a message on our answering machine to announce a delay or cancellation, giving your name, the time of the massage and the name of the masseur.

A sign inside La Rotonde and another outside inform you of the day’s availability.

 

During the winter season (September to May), appointments are held at La Rotonde.

During the summer season, the reception desk is located in front of the cabins in the women’s area.

When the beach is open for swimming, the entrance fee to the Bains des Pâquis is CHF 2.- If there is a queue in front of the entrance to the Bains, you can present your massage confirmation at the cash desk to go straight through.

This type of massage is designed to relieve tension and balance organic functions.

Traditional Thai foot massage, combining stretching and pressure with the hands and stimulation of reflex zones with a wooden stylus.

Awareness-raising session for parents wishing to massage their child.

This massage helps relieve tension, colic and teething troubles, and promotes the parent-child relationship.

It is possible to receive a classic massage or shiatsu during the 9 months of pregnancy. A nursing cushion allows you to position your baby sideways.

Reflexology and Thai foot are contraindicated between the 4th and 6th months.

Lymphatic drainage is not recommended during the first 3 months.
