After travelling and working in a variety of professions (sailor, kitchen maid, office worker, art model, waitress, etc.) Marina Salzmann settled in Geneva, where she studied at the Faculty of Arts and became a teacher.

She has collaborated with musicians, artists and sound poets, and co-founded an online magazine.

With Bernard Campiche Editeur, she has published short stories, novels and, recently, her first collection of poetry. Various contributions have also appeared in literary magazines and in several collective works.
