It’s sausage time…

The sausage to think about the food transition. Together with institutional partners from the cultural and agricultural sectors, we’re putting the sausage in the spotlight for a week of celebrations designed to make this exceptional product better known to a very wide audience. The aim of this first edition is to demonstrate that sausages are totally in tune with the times. Present in all cultures, it is a true ecological marker, helping us to think about the nutritional challenges of the future and sustainability in food.

At the Baths:

Saturday, September 16 from 5 p.m.

Dish of the day: sausages to discover.

A fun cultural program in which teams compete in fairground games entitled vegan vs. meat. A zany way to tackle burning issues.

Games: Run to catch your sausage + resist on your Paddle + vegetarian or carnivore rope

4:30 Historian Isabelle Burkhaler comes to the Bains to tell us sausage stories linked to our history: The MAH collection through the prism of the sausage .

Concerts :

6:30 pm Los Gatillos

Between electro twists and Brechtian refrains, sweaty ballads and twilight rocks. Kaleidoscopic and cinematic, funny and danceable, it’s just what we need for an unforgettable sunset.
Monney B, Pierre Omer and Fred Raspail, three respected and inspired figures, who have separately knitted great things together in the blues, chanson, swing and rock’n’roll departments. By the way, Gatillos don’t stand for kittens – they’re old, unkempt cats we’re talking about – but for Trigger Cats. And these three know how to make powder talk.

8pm Jean Pat

Alone with his guitar, Jean Pat takes you on a journey through mythical hits. His generosity and swing on stage will not leave anyone indifferent. Jean Pat comes to party! Take care.
